This vintage extra high waist skirt with black patent belt has midi length and straight shape, the belt is wide with a large buckle with a bright. The vintage 1980s secretary preppy pencil skirt is Cotton fabric with inner lining and back zip closure, in excellent vintage conditions, it´s new with tags, by Caffelatte (Made in Italy).
