In cases where the user after a purchase or acquisition in RebecaVintageShop, should know:

To best ensure that you are happy with your item, we ask that you read through the measurements and condition notes before making your purchase.

However, if it doesn't work out, we do accept returns for store credit if we are contacted and the item is sent back in its original condition, pursuant to Article 103 of the General Law of Consumers and Users, products purchased through the Website will have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to make any return.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the store credit amount issued is for the item price minus an 8% HANDLING FEE and if the garment had free shipping it will be deducted from the total order.

** Store credit does not expire.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Final sales are considered in all cases, indicating possible returns for defective products or shipping error, please contact us as soon as possible.

** It is not considered a defect/error in a garment, a size problem, please check the measurements carefully and ask all questions so as not to generate returns.
