Shipping policy

Shipments within the peninsula and the Canary Islands are made through the Postal Company as Standard Parcel Courier, included in the free shipping costs.
All shipments will be made after one working day from the acceptance and confirmation of the order.

Shipments to European Union countries will be free on orders over 40€, otherwise there will be a cost charged on the products. The shipping time for orders is one working day from order confirmation.

ORDERS NOT DELIVERED
If an order is shipped and can not be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, having to pay again other shipping costs for the reshipment of the goods.

In the case of cancellation of the order once it has been returned, the price of the first shipment (6€) will be deducted from the amount paid.

In the case that a package is returned WITHOUT DELIVERY in the Balearic or Canary Islands the procedure will be the same using as a basis the price of the shipments.
